As an educator with over 12 years of teaching experience, Dr. Viral N. Chotai has spent much of his career working with students during their formative school years. Through this journey, he observed a powerful truth: by the time children reach their teenage years, many aspects of their character, confidence, habits, attitudes, and values have already begun to take shape.

While teaching older students, he often found himself helping them develop qualities such as responsibility, resilience, self-discipline, confidence, communication skills, and respect for others. Over time, he came to realise that the most meaningful and lasting impact could be created much earlier in a child’s life. This belief became the foundation of IKidz Preschool & Daycare.

Dr. Chotai firmly believes that early childhood is not simply a stage for learning letters and numbers—it is the stage where character is formed, values are nurtured, confidence is built, and a lifelong love for learning begins. The experiences children have during these early years influence the way they think, behave, interact, and grow throughout their lives.

Holding a PhD in Business Management and qualifications in Engineering, Management, and Education, Dr. Chotai brings a unique combination of educational insight, leadership, and vision to the institution. His mission is to help children build strong foundations—not only for school, but for life.
