The center is led by Mrs. S Gowthami Sri, who serves as the Center Director and Principal. She holds a BSc in Home Science and an MSc in Environmental Science, and has four years of professional experience as a Nutritionist at Zydus Pharmaceuticals. Her background has given her a strong foundation in health, care, wellbeing, and discipline, which she brings into the preschool environment with sincerity and commitment. She is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging early learning space where children feel secure, valued, and encouraged to grow with confidence.

Supporting the center’s operations is Mr. P. Avinash, who serves as the Director – Operations and Administration. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and brings seven years of professional experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Operations, and Analysis. He is responsible for backend administration, staffing support, systems, infrastructure readiness, maintenance, process management, and operational coordination, ensuring that the center functions smoothly and efficiently. Together, they are committed to building a trusted preschool that offers quality learning, safety, care, and a positive experience for every child and parent.
