IKidz The NXTGEN Pre School in Ambala Cantt is run by its owner Cum Principal Mrs. Radhika Kishore.
Mrs.Radhika Kishore is an educationist in the true sense of the word & a down to earth person with a vast teaching and administrative experience of over 40 years. Teaching is the passion of her life. Even working as Principal/Director in various CBSE Schools like MM International Mullana Ambala, Einstein International School Shahbad and VSK World School Naraingarh, she continued her passion by taking up teaching in various Grades.
She is a teacher trainer & expert in doing innovative research in the Academic curriculum & other activities like cultural, sports, drama, debates etc. Children simply love, adore & respect her for her outstanding achievements & wholehearted commitment to a holistic development of her students and to transform them into a successful & above all a good human being. She has been a member of the CBSE Inspection Team. She feels & firmly believes that a good & target oriented Pre Primary education of a child is the foundation of proper Holistic development.
Mentoring, training & handling a child in the age group 2 to 6 years is the most challenging job, much more difficult than teaching older children as 95% of the child’s brain develops in this age group of 2-6 years. Hence, it is of the utmost importance to develop and nourish the basic 8 intelligences of a child in the right direction, through Activity and Play way strategies of teaching learning process, which will certainly lead to confidence building and overall personality grooming. All these are the important factors for success in this fiercely competitive world.
